Martin is an experienced community work and adventure education practitioner, with a background in social inclusion, education and partnership development. He is focused on supporting people and organisations to achieve their full potential and contribute positively to their wider community. His work with young people facing multiple disadvantages has shown the fantastic impact outdoor activity can have on people's confidence, resilience and mental well-being.Martin is an active orienteer, climber and general mountain lover, happiest with a map in hand.
