M2C experiences are designed to assist organisations to engage and or re-engage people who have been dispersed and remote from their pre-Covid workplaces and routine.
The nature based experiences are bespoke in design for each circumstance, all involve a range of active, inclusive and fun challenges that will be co-designed to meet the goals of the organisation whilst building communities/teams within and across organisations.
These experiences are also effective to onboard and/or integrate colleagues with their remote colleagues and assist them in recognising and living the culture/ethos of the organisation.
Even prior to the Covid pandemic the world of work was changing for many, technology and globalisation had started to disrupt our model of what work looked like. However the pandemic has accelerated those changes and now many organisations can see the broader case emerging that perhaps not every employee will be working from the company office or premises for the majority of their time. This shift in attitudes, driven by a variety of factors, will pose challenges for organisations that M2C can help to solve.
