Rob is the founder of M2C, responsible for bringing together the talented and diverse team who share the same core values and belief that the outdoors and engaging with nature support physical and mental well being. A life spent working in the outdoors began after university with a firm grounding in supporting young people with multiple disadvantages through his time as a Team Leader with the Drake Fellowship, later assimilated into the Princes Trust charity.
Working in education for 30 plus years, secondary, post-16 and latterly higher education for the Open University has ensured he has a wealth of experience with young people and adults alike. Committed to outdoor learning, he has also continued to develop teams and leaders in the corporate world along with summer seasons in the European Alps working as an International Mountain Leader.
Rob has come full circle, choosing to concentrate again on using his skills to help others in the not for profit sector where his outdoor career began. He is a highly experienced outdoor education and adventure practitioner, a training, coaching and facilitation professional who is confident to lead and inspire across a wide range of client and community groups.
