Tina splits her time between Chamonix in the French Alps and a village in the Yorkshire Dales, a life lived in nature. It was the move to the mountains with its immersion in nature and outdoor life that led her to a changed perspective on health, wellbeing and happiness. The experiences developed in her a powerful conviction that nature, and activity in nature, together with a strong and positive mindset absolutely do change lives for the better. This led to a life change, after 20 plus years in education, latterly in further and higher education management she has moved into a coaching practice that focuses on the holistic benefits of mindfulness. Tina enjoys introducing as many people as possible to the benefits of being outdoors and helping them develop as mindfulness practitioners whose physical and mental wellbeing are improved by these practices and green spaces.
