Rob is the founder of M2C, responsible for bringing together the talented and diverse team who share the same core values and belief that the outdoors and engaging with nature support physical and mental well being. A life spent working in the outdoors began after university with a firm grounding in supporting young people with multiple disadvantages through his time as a Team Leader with the Drake Fellowship, later assimilated into the Princes Trust charity.
Working in education for 30 plus years, secondary, post-16 and latterly higher education for the Open University has ensured he has a wealth of experience with young people and adults alike. Committed to outdoor learning, he has also continued to develop teams and leaders in the corporate world along with summer seasons in the European Alps working as an International Mountain Leader.
Rob has come full circle, choosing to concentrate again on using his skills to help others in the not for profit sector where his outdoor career began. He is a highly experienced outdoor education and adventure practitioner, a training, coaching and facilitation professional who is confident to lead and inspire across a wide range of client and community groups.

Martin SadlerDirector

Martin is an experienced community work and adventure education practitioner, with a background in social inclusion, education and partnership development. He is focused on supporting people and organisations to achieve their full potential and contribute positively to their wider community. His work with young people facing multiple disadvantages has shown the fantastic impact outdoor activity can have on people’s confidence, resilience and mental well-being.Martin is an active orienteer, climber and general mountain lover, happiest with a map in hand.

Carys WynnDirector
View ProfileCarys Wynn
Passionate about the outdoors, Carys comes from a corporate, change and crisis communications background in the public, private and third sectors. She was previously a Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Ambassador and worked on a variety of youth camps with the British Council across Europe and Asia. Having gone through a recent life transformation, Carys found energy, regeneration and sanctuary in nature. A combination of holistic therapies and outdoor activities became not only a fundamental part of coping with change and trauma but actually helped her to focus, plan and pivot her life, career and future goals. She’s now keen on supporting others again through nature-based mindfulness activities and holistic life coaching and has used this on a corporate and individual basis, helping guide clients and colleagues through significant periods of change.

Bridget La FauciDirector

Bridget has seriously high energy levels, she lives her life-long love of the outdoors and is passionate about sharing this and ensuring access to green spaces for all. She began her career in the travel industry, which led to a move into education and after many years she followed this with a change of direction into project and partnership development in the charity sector. Bridget loves her work, particularly the variety of clients and client groups from different backgrounds. She aims to share her love of nature and inspire others to venture into the outdoors and so enjoy the benefits it brings. Bridget is happiest in the mountains, near or on water as skiing and hiking are her enduring passions – along of course with walking the dog and daily yoga.

Tina GaleAssociate

Tina splits her time between Chamonix in the French Alps and a village in the Yorkshire Dales, a life lived in nature. It was the move to the mountains with its immersion in nature and outdoor life that led her to a changed perspective on health, wellbeing and happiness. The experiences developed in her a powerful conviction that nature, and activity in nature, together with a strong and positive mindset absolutely do change lives for the better. This led to a life change, after 20 plus years in education, latterly in further and higher education management she has moved into a coaching practice that focuses on the holistic benefits of mindfulness. Tina enjoys introducing as many people as possible to the benefits of being outdoors and helping them develop as mindfulness practitioners whose physical and mental wellbeing are improved by these practices and green spaces.
