Leadership programmes for school age young people

These flexible programmes can be designed to incorporate elements that inform and evidence Duke of Edinburgh Award delivery and or the general holistic development of young people. 

The M2C team have a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of these engaging, fun, developmental team days with individual challenges appropriate to the age/level of attainment of the students. Fundamental to the success of these events are integrated elements of self-review that focus on self development goals. In addition some schools like to use sixth formers as team leaders; their preparation, support and developmental feedback are a great bolt-on to any school event. In addition to confidence building for all, the outcomes provide great evidence for CVs and University applications and employability records. 

The events are delivered in school grounds. All resources are provided by the M2C team.
