Walk 2 Fitness and Wellbeing

Modern life often leads to people having to spend more time sitting and being inactive than is good for their physical and mental health. At its most basic level, moving is vital for wellbeing but there may be barriers personal, societal or cultural to inclusion. The role of M2C is to breakdown these barriers to enable opportunities for increased health and wellbeing for all. 

What are these walks?

From home or a convenient meeting point, M2C like using local, local parks, paths and countryside are usually close at hand to allow participants to get out in the fresh air and walk. The M2C team design and help deliver personalised health and wellbeing programmes with small easy to achieve goals to motivate and ensure positive progression for all. All fitness levels are welcomed.

Mindfulness aspect

Mindfulness training can be incorporated into the sessions.
